This tea from Darjeeling is a characteristic high elevation one. The tea boasts of strong sweet flavours of fruits with light notes of peach. The aroma is a distinct Darjeeling high elevation with fruity and flowery notes.

DRY LEAF
The leaves are delicate, hand rolled, and consists of one leaf and a bud. It is carefully hand plucked selected bush giving it a grassy and flowery note with mostly olive green appearance with a lot of silver tips.
INFUSED LEAF
The leaves are full, long and attractive. The appearance ranges between green to olive green, giving a sweet grassy aroma with a hint of fruits.

Loose leaf teas are the best for consumption as one is able to brew the leaves properly while also enjoying maximum benefits from the tea leaves. When steeped, loose leaf tea gives the complex flavours of tea that one can enjoy only in good quality teas. Also tea leaves need adequate space to properly unfurl while brewing. So, for a flavourful and wholesome tea experience use loose leaf tea.

We recommend a certain temperature (80-85 C; 90-95 C) for the fresh o2 rich filtered water to be boiled at the time of brewing tea. This is only a guide and precision without a thermometer is challenging. You can simply boil and see for yourself. Boiling water is at 100 C, if you leave it for 30 sec it should be around 90-95 C, if you leave it for 40-45 sec it should be around 85-90 C and for 1 minute leave water at around 80-85 C.

Spoon measured the quantity of tea in the tea maker/pot. Pour boiled water (150 ML) over the tea leaves (2 g). Steep for suggested time (4-5 minutes). Strain & sweeten as per choice. Pour it in a cup and enjoy the #PluckToCup experience. It should not be overheated as that would burn the tea leaves.

We vacuum package our tea in High Barrier ALUMINUM Pouches to ensure freshness of the teas. We recommend that you store tea in an airtight container in a cool, dry and odour free place. This keeps it away from air, light and surrounding odour. Thereby ensuring longer shelf life and quality experience of the tea.

Our teas can be used from 18 to 24 months from the date of manufacturing. However, teas once opened have to be stored in airtight containers and should be kept away from moisture, light and odour.
