INFUSED LEAF
The leaves bears a refreshing sweet citrus note, with strong fruity hints which feels like a fruit cake. Leaves are a mix of pomegranate, strawberry and black medium graded leaves and a small amount of orange peel and hibiscus.

Iced tea blends are made by using loose leaf black/ green tea leaves that are blended with fruits, flowers, herbs and spices that results in a blend that is brewed cold for a refreshing tea experience.
We recommend a certain temperature (80-85 C; 90-95 C) for the fresh oxygen rich filtered water to be boiled at the time of brewing the tea. This is only a guide and precision without a thermometer is challenging. You can simply boil and see for yourself. Boiling water is at 100 C, if you leave it for 30 sec it should be around 90-95 C, if you leave it for 40-45 sec it should be around 85-90 C and for 1 minute leave water at around 80-85 C.
Spoon measured the quantity of tea(4 gms) in the tea maker/pot. Pour Freshly Boiled water(150 ml) over the tea leaves. Steep for suggested time then Strain and let it cool. Serve it on ice and garnish as per choice.
OR Spoon measured the quantity of tea(4 gms) in the tea maker/pot. Pour cold water(150 ml) over the tea leaves. Put it in the fridge overnight, or at least 6-7 hours then strain. Serve it on ice and garnish as per choice.
