The liquor is medium bodied, bright-intense. The briskness hits the tongue . Around the edges subtle hints of dates add a layer of depth to the liquor. A subtle sweetness in the aftertaste makes it a perfect Assam cup.

AROMA
The aroma had distinct features of Assam Orthodox Black Tea with the intense notes of dates and malt.
DRY LEAF
The leaves are well graded with black and tippy leaves. It is marked by the rich notes of malt with the mild undertone of caramel.
INFUSED LEAF
With mildly intense notes of malt these leaves are evenly graded with coppery brown appearance that are features of a good assam black tea.
Loose leaf teas are the best for consumption as one is able to brew the leaves properly while also enjoying maximum benefits from the tea leaves. When steeped, loose leaf tea gives the complex flavours of tea that one can enjoy only in good quality teas. Also tea leaves need adequate space to properly unfurl while brewing. So, for a flavourful and wholesome tea experience use loose leaf tea.
We recommend a certain temperature (80-85 C; 90-95 C) for the fresh o2 rich filtered water to be boiled at the time of brewing the tea. This is only a guide and precision without a thermometer is challenging. You can simply boil and see for yourself. Boiling water is at 100 C, if you leave it for 30 sec it should be around 90-95 C, if you leave it for 40-45 sec it should be around 85-90 C and 1 minute should leave water at around 80-85 C
Spoon measured the quantity of tea in the tea maker/pot. Pour boiled water (150 ML) over the tea leaves (2 g) Steep for suggested time. Strain & sweeten as per choice. Pour it in a cup and enjoy the #PluckToCup experience.
We vacuum package our tea in high barrier aluminium pouches to ensure freshness of the teas. We recommend that you store the teas in airtight container in a cool, dry and odour free place. This keeps it away from air, light and surrounding odour. Thereby ensuring longer shelf life and quality experience of the tea.
Our teas can be used upto 18 to 24 months from the date of manufacturing. However, teas once opened have to be stored in airtight containers and should be kept away from moisture, light and odour.
